This place is conveniently located near the waterfront for a nice dinner and is close to excellent restaurants and the public beach.

Convenient location in Lake Geneva just next door to Lake Geneva. Knowledgeable and top-class staffs, gave a few recommendations. Outstanding rooms provided with a refrigerator nor microwave, microwave plus good variety of places to dine.

Great customer service here! the rooms are nicely furnished and have an amazing view of the lake 🌊.

We have booked a double room with view of lake and great bed, for instance for 2 nights. They recommended a nice restaurant in lobby.

just came back from a lovely stay at abbey resort. the spa had a great "sale" that we took advantage of! location is by the lake path so we enjoyed walking. a couple other restaurants were also within walking distance. all rooms have balconies which was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine in the evening. everything was convenient. the room size was fine, we were on the first floor, and wasn't aware that our room had a sliding glass door, so we were able to roam out there as well. the property was very clean. access to cafe latte was a hit for our son daily. it reminded of a golf lodge I would go to with my parents back in the day. you can tell they are updating and maintaining the property. the room was super comfortable, the view was awesome with a couple beautiful sunrises! we would definitely recommend it! the setting is nice. fontana is a nice place to visit even in the winter. there was a fire near the ice rink and many social areas.

Lake Geneva as such is worth a lot. hotel was exactly what we wanted. good facilities and ideal for the Christmas season; as they take great care in the decoration and amenities inside the hotel such as cinema, swimming pool, piano bar, etc, All the services worked well and staff was friendly.

1-I don't think you should make reservations for breakfast, since the last day we couldn't have breakfast because there were 3 or 4 reservations for large groups. most frustrating thing was that the room was almost empty and yet we were given a wait of almost 1 hour. In the cafeteria there was nothing left and room service took almost 1 hour as well. 2. In the cold season the rooms are almost not ventilated and carpet absorbs the humidity. makes some rooms smell bad.

The location was beautiful, close to surrounding areas with a popular patio for guests to enjoy, and the room we stayed in was brand-new and stylish, featuring a bathtub.

The bed is very comfortable, the facilities are very clean.

What I dont like and we all agreed was that check-in is not until 4 and than we have to be out by 11. dont think that makes it worth for a family with kids to travel for one nite. It cost to much for that little time in the room

The Abbey Resort offered breathtaking views from our private balcony, with the overhang of the roof creating a cozy ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the serene surroundings of Lake Geneva. The indoor saltwater swimming pool was a delightful escape, and the free use of bicycles allowed for enjoyable exploration of the beautiful area. One morning, while having breakfast at the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly service of the staff, which made for a memorable start to the day.

The limited TV options and overpriced On-Demand products were a letdown, and the pack and play provided by the resort for our toddler's sleep was uncomfortably stiff, leading to a restless night.

We had issues with restaurant. Asked for food to be brought to bar and they left it at reception desk to go cold.. One of the doors I could not find swipe card reader so got locked out with baby. 2 of the ice machines simply did not work when I tried to use them. No towels at indoor pool. Cleaning staff knocked on door with do not disturb sign displayed. Limited stroller access at pool.

The spa is excellent the view from the room is fantastic

They close the bar early at night, they would have to close later, especially on weekends.
